After years of development, our MBA Program has formed the following characteristics and advantages:
a. Strong Faculty
We have an excellent faculty, most of whom have obtained overseas doctoral degrees and have international working and learning experience. There are academicians, including academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the Academy of Sciences for the Developing World, the International Academy for Systems and Cybernetic Sciences, and the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences， and winners of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, winners of the Fudan Management Excellence Award.
b. Curriculum Framework with Creativity as the Core
The curriculum has fully incorporated innovative thinking and methods. Each student is required to take core courses which provide extensive understanding of enteprise management. More than 100 elective courses cover five research fields. Abundant high-level lectures have been conducted for students. With such a curriculum framework, student understanding has been deepened and enlarged, and their creativity has increased.
c. Integrated Innovative Education Platform
Affiliated with numerous CAS institutes and CAS-owned enterprises, the industry-education-research cooperation platform and the innovative education-academic practice MBA training system have been established.

f. Advantages in Finance
We have a strong faculty in Finance, especially in Mathematical Finance field. They have made numerous international research achievements and have accumulated extensive experience in talent training outstanding Finance students. A series of supporting field, e.g. mathematics, physics, statistics and other financial quantitative discilines have developed to meet the highest international standards. Thus Investment Management, Financial Derivatives Development and Pricing, Financial Risk Management, and Internet Finance have also become advantageous areas.
g. Rich Alumni Resources and Professional Career Guidance
We have a group of outstanding alumni who are distributed throughout the government and in enterprises. We alos offer students career guidance by providing professional assessment tools, "one to one" career counselling, career planning workshops, and pre-vocational training.

We organized a variety of practice programs and activities, e.g. corporate internships, corporate training, business survey projects, domestic and international case competitions and entrepreneurship competitions, all of which strengthen students' practical abilities.
