Professor Wang Shouyang, Dean of the School of Economics and Management, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (hereafter as UCAS) and Academician of the World Academy of Sciences (hereafter as TWAS), met with Dr. Romain Murenzi, Executive Director of TWAS on May 28th at the Basic Park of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Two sides held cordial and friendly talks.
Academician Wang firstly extended a warm welcome to Director Murenzi's visit and expressed his sincere joy to meet old friend. Director Murenzi thanked Academician Wang for scheduling the meeting during his busy schedule. Academician Wang introduced the representative research work in the field of economics and management in the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the basic situation of the School to Director Murenzi, highlighting the situation of the Cheng Siwei Foundation and its contribution to the economics award. Academician Wang and Director Murenzi also held extensive discussions on the possible future cooperation, indicating that two parties will strengthen exchanges and cooperation in the future.
