On July 6, 2023, the visiting group from Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology( XAUAT)  arrived at SEM for research and communication.

Jianping Li, Executive Vice Dean of SEM, greeted the delegation on behalf of the School. He introduced SEM and UCAS, and pointed out that in the construction of management and engineering discipline, SEM and the School of Management of Xi'an Architectural University of Science and Technology have their own focus. He hoped to carry out more cooperation in the teaching and discipline construction with the School of Management of Xi'an Architectural University of Science and Technology.

Xinsheng Zhang, Vice Dean of the School of Management of Xi'an Architectural University of Science and Technology, pointed out that the discipline of information management is a key discipline in their School, and the main purpose of this visit was to exchange on how to solve the problems encountered in the construction of the disciplines.

After that, Yingfeng Li, Director of Department of Information Management of the School of Management of Xi'an Architectural University of Science and Technology, introduced the education programs, curriculum system, and discipline construction of their school. Yingjie Tian, Vice Dean of SEM, introduced the discipline construction of SEM, including the history of disciplines, research platforms, advantageous research directions and research teams. Both sides then discussed and exchanged views on discipline construction, faculty recruitment, curriculum design, and etc., hoping to cooperate in many aspects in the future.
