On July 4, 2023, SEM and CEIBS Case Center jointly organized "China Case Study Tour - Case Masters Mini Growth Camp". The event was hosted by Prof. Ping Lyu, Vice Dean of SEM, and Prof. Yulan Han from the Business School of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics was invited to give a demonstration of case teaching and share relevant experiences.

Prof. Han has rich experience in case development and teaching, and her case "Bonus Storm" won the "2022 Best International Case Award in Business Administration in China ". She demonstrated the case "Bonus Storm" and another case she developed for leadership, organizational behavior, communication and business negotiation courses. The case teaching was carried out from pre-reading, group discussion, classroom discussion, summarizing and reflecting. The participating teachers experienced the whole case teaching as "students", and the classroom interaction was very active.

After that, Ms. Xiaolin Yuan from CEIBS Case Center introduced how to use CEIBS Cases. Prof. Lingling Zhang said the activity was very helpful in further promoting case teaching in SEM, and the use of cases in MBA and Master of Finance classrooms improve classroom effect.
