On the evening of July 12, Mr. Chen Chao, Manager of PE Investment Department of China Investment Corporation, came to School of Management at the invitation of Associate Professor Yan Yan and lectured to more than 100 students on “Focus on Leveraged Buyout Funds: Institutions, Market and Strategy”.
Chen Chao thought that leveraged buyout funds would be the trend in the future market thought they were not so popular at the time. He introduced the leveraged buyout funds in details. Chen Chao first demonstrated the prosperous market of global leveraged buyout funds with diagrams and data. Then he introduced investment strategy, investment procedures, project financing, investment management and project withdrawal.
After the lecture, Chen Chao also answered students’ questions. Students all said that the lecture was interesting and easy to understand and left a deep impression on them.
